You can exchange products for a new size, which do not have any type of customization in the design or text.
As they are products produced to order, on purpose for each customer, this exchange for a new size has a cost depending on the type of product.

How to proceed
To exchange, send an email to [email protected], indicating the order number and the products you want to exchange.
Upon receipt of the email, we will send you instructions on how to exchange or return.
The return or exchange of products applies exclusively to products that can be returned in the same conditions in which the customer received them. Please return the product, using or including the original packaging. It must also include all instructions, labels, documents and product packaging.
No refunds or exchanges will be made if the product has been used beyond the simple opening of its packaging or if it has been damaged. Therefore, the customer must be careful with the products while they are in their possession.
After examining the items, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid or an exchange for another product.
In case of return, the amount paid for the returned products will be refunded. The customer will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.
The customer must ensure that the return of the products is carried out through a method that guarantees proof of delivery and subsequent receipt of the object.
